The Association for Solidarity and Culture of Afghans in Paris (ASCA) is a non-political, non-governmental, and impartial organization established under French law. Based in Paris, ASCA is committed to supporting Afghan nationals residing in France and Europe, including those with international protection status.
Our mission is to foster unity, provide assistance, and defend the rights of Afghans through solidarity and cultural engagement. We work actively with public and private institutions, civil associations, and cultural organizations to advocate for the needs of the Afghan community.
The association offers comprehensive support including higher education guidance, social integration, administrative processes, and addresses issues arising from linguistic and cultural barriers. We also assist in humanitarian efforts such as repatriation of deceased individuals and aid for vulnerable families.
In all our efforts, ASCA remains committed to inclusivity, cultural preservation, and community development. We welcome all Afghans over the age of 18 who share our values. By building bridges between communities and institutions, ASCA continues to be a vital resource for Afghan expatriates in France and across Europe.
